The Challenge

Make a short video (3-5 minutes long) demonstrating how MyStickers and Carrot Rewards are being used in your school and the positive impact it is having.

To Participate

All entries must be sent to videochallenge@carrotrewards.co.uk no later than midnight on 31st January 2012. Each email must contain the following information –

• School Name
• Teacher Name
• Contact Telephone Number

About You

The competition is open to all our Carrot Rewards School users. Multiple entries per school are permitted. Competition entries must be sent in and authorised by a teacher from the school. No employees (or immediate family members) of School Stickers Ltd are eligible to enter this competition.

About Your Video

Your video must be no more than 5 minutes in length.

Your video must not contain violence, profanity, sex or direct attacks on individuals or organisations. Any entries deemed offensive will be immediately disqualified.

Your video must be your own original creation – no copyrighted music, video, or images may be used.

Your video must not infringe on any third party rights

The Prize

The winning school will receive a £500 prize fund for a Carrot Rewards competition for their school to be used on prizes specified by the school. The school will also receive their choice of £500 of printed rewards from School Stickers.

Judging

After the competition closes at midnight 31st January 2012 a shortlist of 3 videos will be compiled by the School Stickers team. These shortlisted finalists will be notified by email and their videos will be showcased on the www.CarrotRewards.co.uk website.
Qualifying videos will be judged on adherence to the competition challenge through its creativity, originality, message content and overall presentation (sound and picture quality).
Subsequently a winner will be chosen from the three shortlisted videos by a special panel compiled of the School Stickers Board of Directors.
The competition winner will be announced on Friday 24th February 2012 and notified by email, as well as published on the www.CarrotRewards.co.uk website.

General

By submitting your video to us, you agree to grant School Stickers Ltd free of charge the right to use the video in any manner and media, including without limitation, the right to publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display or translate.
You agree to take part in any competition publicity if asked to do so. The prize may only be taken as stated and cannot be changed. There will be no cash alternatives.
School Stickers Ltd does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
You must supply full details as required by the registration form and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize(s). No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
As submissions are received, we will vet all entries for suitability. Three finalists will be selected by a School Stickers jury (the members which are to be announced) based on the following criteria; creativity, substance, production value and overall impact. These videos will be uploaded to the Carrot Rewards website.
The Jury’s decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above, and neither the Jury nor School Stickers Ltd will respond to correspondence justifying its decision.
If a winning entrant is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made to do so, School Stickers Ltd reserves the right to offer the prize to the next best entry.
School Stickers Ltd reserves the right to not select a winner or winners if entries received are judged to be of insufficient quality.
Any attempt by a participant to influence the result or subvert the competitions will lead to immediate disqualification.
School Stickers Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition or any of the arrangements, schedules or plans or other items directly or indirectly related to the competition at any time for any reason if deemed necessary in its opinion.
You waive all claims against School Stickers Ltd, its personnel and agents, harmless from any third party claims for loss, damage, prejudice, liability or expense suffered as a result of or in a any manner in connection with your video entry, any other of your acts or omissions or any information which you have provided.
